Pennsylvania Sponsor-A-Highway Program
How does Adopt A Highway sponsorship work in Pennsylvania?
In Pennsylvania, businesses can sponsor available highway segments through AHMC. AHMC’s trained professional crews perform the litter removal, and the business receives recognition on an approved sponsor recognition sign or panel under the applicable state program. All major areas throughout the Keystone State are part of the Pennsylvania Sponsor-A-Highway Program. In addition to Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Harrisburg, the key roadways in Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Dauphin, Cumberland and Allegheny counties are also included.
Traffic varies by roadway and location. Sponsor recognition builds through repeated presence on routes people travel regularly.
