As Marie Kondo’s method of decluttering has become a worldwide phenomenon, environmentalists are beginning to wonder if the “KonMari” method is the key to kickstart greater environmental change.
It all started in 1990 when Square Care stepped into the commercial carpet cleaning industry. The goal was to provide carpet maintenance to class A buildings. To work in class A buildings you need to have a very respectable and trusted team, which became the target for Square Care.
What this did for the company was to help consistently deliver the same team members to their client’s buildings over and over. This helped the company by having facility manager’s notice the same faces each visit and help build their trust in their team.
